Who is Roser Bosch:
As a Nutrition & Health Coach, I take a holistic approach to supporting individuals, with a particular focus on women going through perimenopause and menopause. My aim is to help clients find balance in their health and well-being by:
exploring the foods, lifestyle habits, and self-care practices that suit them best,
finding easy-to-implement action steps to improve their habits over time,
keeping them accountable for the agreed action plan.
My approach goes beyond nutrition, incorporating key elements such as physical activity, stress management, and nurturing social connections. With this holistic approach, you will be supported in finding more energy, balance, and a sense of well-being, especially during important transitions in life such as menopause.

How does it work and what happens during a session:
In our Health Coaching sessions:
You’ll be listened to attentively and explore the best ways to improve your health;
You’ll learn to explore your values, establish goals and develop a series of gradual action steps that will help you achieve those goals;
At your request, I’ll provide you with resources and tools such as recipes, apps, websites, books, online conferences, video links… so that you can learn and explore by yourself and be empowered;
You'll be supported and guided through your journey.
The length of the programme and the frequency of our sessions will depend on your health issues and your needs, but it would generally be of at least 4 sessions over 4 or 8 weeks (which you can renew). We will meet via Zoom (or in person if you live in the Killarney area) during the agreed timeframe.

One-on-one 5-Day Detox:
This detox consists in a 5-day elimination diet, that will help you feel better, have more energy and reset your eating habits (without giving up real food!).
This detox is whole foods based, meaning you’ll be eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, legumes and nuts.
It includes 3 one-on-one Zoom calls, all the material of the Detox, plus all the ongoing support you need from me during those 5 days to make sure it is a success.
With this sort of detox, people often drop weight, feel less bloated, sleep better, have more energy, poop better, and most importantly, they reduce cravings and feel they are in more control of what they eat.
